New Delhi: After Kangana Ranaut got into an argument with a reporter at a promotional event of her upcoming film Judgementall Hai Kya, some journalists have decided to meet the movie’s producer, Ekta Kapoor, and ask her to tell Ranaut to apologise, reported Times of India.
According to the report, if Ranaut does not apologise for her behaviour, the journalists will boycott promotions of Judgementall Hai Kya.
Ranaut’s sister, Rangoli Chandel, reacted to the news predictably, saying the actor will never apologise and vowing vengeance.
“I can promise you one thing, while these sell-out, naked, traitor, anti-national libtard media-people will never get an apology from Kangana, she will show them all,” the actor tweeted.
Ek baat ka main vaada karti hoon, Kangana se apology toh nahin milegi, in bikau, nange, deshdrohi, desh ke dalal, libtard mediawalon ko, magar woh tumko dho dho kar sidha zaroor karegi … just wait and watch, tumne galat insaan se maafi mangi hai … 🙏 pic.twitter.com/gm8UvupO3S

On July 7, during a song launch event of the movie, Ranaut misbehaved with a reporter, accusing him of running a ‘smear campaign’ against her. While the actor kept coming up with bizarre accusations, the journalist stood his ground politely.
“You were bashing Manikarnika. Have I done anything wrong by making a film on nationalism? You called me a jingoistic woman who is making a film on nationalism,” Ranaut told the journalist at the event.
When the reporter said he had never tweeted anything about Manikarnika and she should not intimidate him, Ranaut responded with: “I have given you interviews before. You came to my van to interview me during Manikarnika. You spent at least three hours there and we had lunch together. But things have changed drastically after that. You had messaged me also, so don’t tell me I am trying to intimidate you like a star. Don’t make this about star and journalist.”
The journalist, however, maintained he had never texted her directly and that the interview was organised by Ranaut’s public relations team. He also clarified that the interview lasted only half an hour. “What I am trying to say here is that it is all a lie. I never text you,” he said.
